You can get an ID and Password the same way as the old site- just click on
Register and fill out the form.
How often does Sony post new products?
New products are posted on the site daily- so be sure to log on and check out the site for new offerings!
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Be absolutely sure that the items you are ordering are the ones you want. We do not authorize returns of any kind. If you refuse delivery of an order, a 30% restocking charge, plus shipping costs, will be applied before credit is issued to you.
What if I have a question about a specific product that I am interested in purchasing?
