General Terms of Sale for BPCValue.com

All orders must be placed through the website. E-mail or phone orders will not be accepted.

For Orders Fulfilled by either Sony Electronics Inc. (Sony) or Compudigital Industries, Inc. (CDI):

1. All orders will be accepted and filled from available inventory subject to prior sale. You will be notified of any unfilled requirements. Order Entry Confirmations will be issued.

2. All accepted orders will be shipped subject to credit approval or credit card acceptance.

3. All sales are final. Be absolutely sure that the items you are ordering are what you want. We do not authorize returns of any kind. If you refuse delivery of an order, a 30% restocking charge plus shipping costs will be applied before credit is issued to you.

4. Orders with delivery addresses outside the continental United States and Alaska will not be accepted.

5. Warranties are applied as described herein for each item. For any item sold with a standard Sony warranty requiring service within the warranty period, click on the following link to find the closest Sony Service Center to you. http://bssc.sel.sony.com/BroadcastandBusiness/markets/10018/serviceCenters.shtml When sending a product to the service center, you must include a copy of the Order Confirmation / Proof of Purchase email you have received from Sony Electronics. Products on orders fulfilled by Compudigital Industries, and Auction orders on www.bpcbid.com, are sold solely on an as is, where is basis. No warranties are offered.

For Orders Fulfilled by Sony Electronics Inc. Only:

1. For orders with product value of less than $200, UPS standard ground shipping cost, handling fee, and taxes will be calculated and applied to the order, and will be shown in the Order Entry Confirmation. For orders with product values over $200, Fedex 3rd Day Service will be used and applicable cost based on weight will be calculated and added to the order total with handling fee and applicable state sales tax. Products with special handling requirements such as Plasma Displays will be shipped via Sony specified specialty carriers such as Emerald Air. All orders will be shipped complete based on available inventory, and Sony reserves the right to fill partial quantities based on available remaining inventory positions at the time order request is accepted by Sony.

2. Applicable sales tax of state where shipment is delivered will be applied to all orders. If your organization has a tax-exempt status, you must fax a copy of the exemption form, referencing the order number to which it applies, to the BPCValue Administrator at 201-358-4090.

3. Orders placed by individuals will require credit card or payment in advance of shipment.

4. There is a minimum order amount of $50.00 (not including shipping and handling). A $10.00 handling fee will be applied.

5. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

For Orders Fulfilled by Compudigital Industries, Inc. Only:

1. The are NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED on any order fulfilled by Compudigital.

2. UPS Ground service will be used unless otherwise specified by the customer. The actual shipping cost plus a $10 handling fee will be applied to the order. Products with special handling requirements such as Plasma Displays will be shipped via specialty carriers such as Emerald Air. All orders will be shipped complete based on available inventory, and Compudigital reserves the right to fill partial quantities based on available remaining inventory at the time the order is accepted by Compudigital.

3. Applicable California State sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within California. If your organization has a tax-exempt status, you must fax a copy of the exemption form, referencing the order number to which it applies, to the Compudigital Administrator at 916-315-9588.

4. There is a minimum order amount of $50.00 (not including shipping and handling). A $10.00 handling fee will be applied to all orders.

5. Terms for all sales are Credit Card, or Net 30 terms (only if you have have an OPEN Sony account) Accounts that exceed 30 days will be suspended until payment is recieved in full.

For Orders where fulfillment is split between Sony and Compudigital, the respective terms for each company as expressed above will apply to their part of the order that they fulfill.
